FREE SHIPPING

Cosmic Smokes is proud to offer free shipping on most USA orders. We ship using Fedex, DHL, USPS, and USPS. Orders will be processed with the cheapest shipping option with delivery times ranging from 3 to 16 business days (extreme cases). Expedited services such as 1-3 day and overnight are also available for an additional charge. Shipping times are estimated by shipping carrier and not guaranteed by Cosmic Smokes. 

MINIMUM ORDER

To be able to offer Free Shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous states, Cosmic Smokes requires a minimum purchase of $50 per order. You may still complete a purchase for less than the minimum order amount; however, you will be required to pay shipping charges.

SHIPPING CARRIER:

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) & FEDEX:

Cosmic Smokes is proud to ship using USPS and Fedex as we have found both to be cost effective and reliable. Shipping rates and estimates are received from them and calculated during checkout based on your geological location and the size/weight of the package. Adult signature may be required at delivery. 

SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE:

USPS Priority and all Fedex offer tracking which includes updates once package is shipping, delivered, and if there are any unfortunate delays.

They also include insurance up to $100 if a package is delivered. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipping confirmation is received.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

SHIPMENT TIME:

We try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. At this time we anticipate shipping orders received by noon central time to be shipped that same day. This is not a guarantee, we strive to ship out fast but as a new company when we get very busy we hope you understand if it takes us an extra day to ship. 

Our schedule may also vary during inclement weather. 

Estimated shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and not guaranteed by Cosmic Smokes.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS:

If your package is returned as undeliverable, which can happen for a number of reasons (too big for PO box, wrong address, failed delivery attempts, or others), you will be contacted via email and provided a refund less shipping charges. We won’t even charge a 10% restocking fee. We want you to order with confidence. 

Items returned to Cosmic Smokes that are undeliverable will not be able to be re-shipped. A new order would need to be placed to get that item shipped out. 

RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased from SMOKEA® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package you will need to contact your local USPS branch to resolve the issue.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Cosmic Smokes does not currently allow a free pickup option for local customers at checkout. We are happy to inform customers if we change this policy and we hope to do so.
