If 0mg nicotine cartridge cannot satisfy your desire for cigarette substitute, please use cartridge with 6mg nicotine content. In this case, provided you can be satisfied with this cartridge as cigarette substitute, you are suggested persisting in the current level with no need to try a higher level one. If still, your demand for nicotine cannot be met, use cartridge of higher-level nicotine content till you find the suitable level. After a certain period, use cartridge of lower-level nicotine content gradually till the zero-level nicotine content, which means you have completely got rid of smoking.
The Four Step Method to Quit Smoking
The following Four-step method for quitting smoking starts with 16mg nicotine content. However if you are already adapted to 11mg nicotine, the Four-step can be adjusted to Three-step.
- Use the cartridge with 16mg nicotine content for 6 weeks following your habit;
- Use the cartridge with 11mg nicotine content for 12 weeks following your habit;
- Use the cartridge with 6mg nicotine content for 4 weeks following your habit;
- Finally, use the cartridge with 0mg nicotine content for 3 weeks to achieve the goal of smoke abstention.
