Returns and Refunds

All AtomSmokes personal vaporizors come with a 14-days return policy.  We will gladly accept any returned merchandise for a full exchange of the same item, or a refund with a 15% restocking fee, providing that the returned item is sent back in its original package and that all included items which were in the original package are also included and unopened. The item must not be damaged in any way or else we will be forced to not accept the item back for an exchange.

In case of returning goods, please send us an email with your name, order number, product name, and the problem you have with the product. We are not accepting any returns without this information. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We cannot accept any returns on any liquids.
